About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and support local managers/coordinators at each unit across Brazil
- Standardize operational processes, procedures, and customer service protocols across all units
- Define, monitor, and report operational KPIs
- Conduct regular visits to units for audits, training, and on-site support
- Participate in the opening of new units, including defining the structure, staffing, and operational workflows
- Manage the units’ operating budgets in collaboration with the Finance team
- Lead and support the recruitment, training, and development of local teams in partnership with HR
- Ensure compliance with safety and health standards, airport/partner contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve critical escalations
- Report directly to the executive leadership team through regular performance reports and action plans
- Lead the standardization, quality, operational efficiency, expansion, and continuous improvement of W Premium Lounge’s operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience managing multi-unit operations
- Knowledge of operational management indicators (KPIs), budget control, and cost management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting/BI tools
- Knowledge of the airport and/or premium hospitality sectors (preferred)
- Experience in people management and leading remote/multi-location teams
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently between units across Brazil
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and engage teams remotely
- Systems thinking and strong analytical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership for results
- Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in crisis situations
- Commitment to quality and service excellence
- English and Spanish proficiency, as specified in the posting’s language requirements
