About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and size analog and digital circuits for signal processing
- Work with the layout team to convert schematics into physical printed circuit boards
- Build and commission prototypes independently
- Perform initial commissioning in laboratories and on test benches
- Systematically analyze faults and verify hardware modules through to approval
- Support development from prototype approval through series production readiness
- Document processes clearly, accurately, and comprehensibly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering with an electrical engineering background, or equivalent technical vocational training specializing in device, systems, or IT technology
- Practical experience developing electronic circuits, assembling circuit boards, and testing and functionally verifying them through to operational readiness
- Proficient use of standard laboratory equipment for electrical measurements and signal analysis
- Very good German language skills
- Initial knowledge of embedded software, radio-frequency technology, or wireless communications is an advantage
- Experience with development kits, additive manufacturing processes, and assembling experimental setups is helpful but not required
