Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for C++/Qt development and serve as the team’s subject-matter expert
Design and continuously enhance software architectures
Promote modern development practices and ensure high quality standards in day-to-day work
Support colleagues in addressing technical and methodological challenges
Work closely with product managers and translate requirements into technical concepts
Drive projects, including automated build and test processes
Conduct regular code reviews and thorough testing
Take ownership of implementation, integration, and testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in object-oriented development with C++ and Qt
Solid knowledge of architectural patterns, design patterns, and database technologies
Proficiency with version control, bug tracking, and CI/CD
Experience providing technical leadership to a team, or a strong desire to take on this responsibility
Strong quality orientation, analytical thinking, and enjoyment of working independently
Very good German skills; English is an advantage
