About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, coordinate, and verify technical installations of physical security systems across multiple project sites
  • Ensure technical compliance with security system designs, installation standards, and client specifications
  • Work directly with installation teams, engineers, and project managers
  • Provide project management and operational support
  • Check the quality of physical installations
  • Conduct project kickoffs and scope clarification walks
  • Develop relationships and build trust with site contacts and customers
  • Check contractor installation progress against the overall project timeline
  • Report onsite findings to in-office Security Managers
  • Perform other tasks deemed necessary by the in-office Security Manager team
  • Role does not include property monitoring, guard duty, patrolling, loss prevention, or general help-desk IT support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Fire Alarm, Burg Alarm, CCTV, Access Control
  • Construction background required
  • Experience with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs helpful
  • Basic understanding of supply chain facilities within the low voltage industry
  • Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent customer relationship and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per week to different projects in a designated region
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to complete the job
