About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically build and further develop the Future Academy into a commercially successful business unit
  • Develop and market market-ready training and professional development programs for internal and external target groups
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Establish strategic partnerships with customers, industry associations, and education partners
  • Take responsibility for the business unit’s budget, profitability, KPIs, and sustainable growth
  • Work closely with the executive management team to further develop the service portfolio and open up new business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed university degree, e.g. in business administration, business education, human resources management, or a comparable field
  • Several years of leadership or management experience in education, academy, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, developing, or marketing educational programs, services, or business units
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Sound understanding of financial KPIs and business relationships
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Strong execution skills
  • Ability to work effectively as an equal partner with executive management, customers, and partners
