  • Join the construction team and provide leadership for Southern Region operations

  • Coordinate division activities with the Market Segment Lead
  • Manage pricing and client profitability
  • Assist Project Managers with accounts receivable and invoicing
  • Approve training, seminars, and memberships within the annual budget
  • Manage utilization and projects in trouble
  • Approve timesheets
  • Maintain a consistent technical project approach across the market segment
  • Manage client satisfaction and division sales
  • Review proposal scope, pricing, and content
  • Support major pursuits, sales efforts, proposal preparation, presentations, and budgets
  • Develop new client contacts
  • Review RFPs and assign them to appropriate Project Managers
  • Create effective project teams
  • Lead division growth initiatives
  • Identify and recommend training, seminars, and conferences
  • Support development of Business Plan goals
  • Maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater facilities/utilities
  • 10+ years of related Engineering experience
  • 10+ years of related Engineering Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Strong people and team-building skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience networking within consultant and client communities
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Ability to interpret technical data
  • Ability to perform technical writing
  • Strong leadership and technical expertise
  • Ability to foster collaboration across regional teams
