About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the post-sales team with customer service and follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program related to the field, from the third semester onward
  • Accepted programs: Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related fields
  • Available to work 30 hours per week as an intern
  • Available to work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to professional development
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of customer service, Customer Success, or post-sales operations
  • Reside in São Paulo, SP, or the São Paulo metropolitan area
  • Expected graduation from the first semester of 2028 onward
  • Willing to work in a hybrid model if the company transitions to this arrangement
