About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement AI agents to intelligently support and automate data processing and transformation workflows
Develop, integrate, and continuously optimize AI agents based on Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot
Design and implement agent-based automation solutions for data pipelines
Integrate data sources, databases, and data warehouse platforms
Develop AI-powered solutions for ETL, data integration, and data transformation processes
Connect AI agents to existing applications, APIs, and data platforms
Analyze business requirements and translate them into production-ready AI solutions
Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of developed solutions
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
Apply modern development, testing, and deployment practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification
At least two to three years of practical experience developing AI agents or AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and/or GitHub Copilot
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Copilot-based agent systems
Practical knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development
Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data transformations
Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and modern data warehouse solutions, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality
Experience with modern development tools, version control, and CI/CD
Good German skills and fluent English
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Ability to independently handle complex technical challenges
Clear communication skills and willingness to take ownership of solutions
Desirable additional skills: Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
