About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate several types of paving equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate skid steer and boom equipment for the upcoming 2026 season
- Operate asphalt rollers and other paving equipment as needed
- Work on commercial and industrial construction sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in asphalt skid steer / boom operation
- A CDL is required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty and dusty environments
- Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member is required; union membership is not required prior to employment
