About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects from planning through completion, including developing budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and quality standards

  • Support investigation, analysis, design, modernization, and construction administration across the built environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in vertical transportation consulting
  • Deep experience in elevator, escalator, and moving walk systems
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex projects with quality outcomes
  • Recognized locally as a subject matter expert in vertical transportation consulting
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating with internal staff and external consultants
