About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and drive the product roadmap from concept through customer delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, user needs, and desired outcomes
  • Translate insights into product solutions, requirements, user stories, and prototypes
  • Serve as Product Owner for assigned scrum teams
  • Work closely with engineers to deliver high-quality products on time
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership on priorities and decisions
  • Engage customers and partners to communicate roadmap updates and gather feedback
  • Identify opportunities to improve capabilities and extend the product offering
  • Apply product management best practices to develop reliable solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of end-user workflows, needs, and pain points
  • Communicate throughout product development to maintain alignment on priorities, requirements, and outcomes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of product management or related experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and partnering with technical teams to deliver products or capabilities
  • Demonstrated success translating business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Proven track record collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, partners, and technical teams
  • Strong understanding of user needs, workflows, challenges, and pain points
  • Agile mindset and willingness to work iteratively, provide timely feedback, and adapt as needs evolve
  • Ownership and accountability for work and initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach
  • Clear and effective communication of product concepts, requirements, priorities, and decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and user needs
  • Real estate industry and/or financial services technology experience preferred
