About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted technical leader for customers and drive deployment momentum
- Deploy and integrate WalkMe’s SaaS product into customer environments
- Connect with identity providers and configure browser extensions
- Ensure smooth end-to-end workflows
- Own work, communicate clearly, and flag risks or blockers early
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Troubleshoot deployment issues
- Configure API integrations with the WalkMe platform alongside customers
- Address browser, operating system, and performance compatibility
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams
- Write and maintain installation, configuration, and troubleshooting documentation
- Explain the platform’s infrastructure, privacy, and security to customers
- Build trusted customer relationships and advocate for customers internally
- Lead technical delivery, infrastructure, and technical strategy for successful deployment, implementation, and expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or bilingual proficiency in German
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of Chromium-based extension APIs and permissions
- Hands-on experience with software deployment on Windows, MacOS, and VDI
- Understanding of mass deployment tools and policies
- Experience with identity management protocols: OAuth, OIDC, SSO, MFA
- API integration experience and SaaS platform understanding
- Working knowledge of JIRA and internal knowledge bases
- Ability to tailor communication for C-level, technical, and business audiences
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt when clear processes do not exist
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
