Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Soft skills/people skills are a must
  • Proficient in GA4 and data presentation with strong digital marketing knowledge
  • Skilled in Google Tag Manager for cross-domain and e-commerce tracking
  • Experienced in identifying and resolving tracking errors
  • Proficient in developing, managing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Proficient in building and optimizing SEO strategies, including technical error resolution and understanding search engine algorithms
  • Skilled with SEO tools such as Semrush
  • Experienced in high-paced agency environments with multiple clients and projects
  • Able to autonomously solve problems and turn strategic input into execution while nurturing client relationships
  • Skilled in developing and implementing optimized funnels
  • Collaborative approach with developers and project managers for continuous website improvement
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Crazy Egg, or Hotjar
  • Knowledge of best-practice management techniques for industry-standard platforms
  • Hospitality advertising experience on TripAdvisor, OTAs such as Expedia and Booking.com, and metasearch is a bonus
  • Experience with hospitality technology such as SynXis, TravelClick, Revinate, The Hotels Network, TripTease, or HotelChamp is a bonus
  • Google certifications are a bonus
  • Additional French or Arabic language skills are a bonus
  • Experience with Google Data Studio is a bonus
  • Experience in CRO, identifying website friction points, and conducting A/B and multivariate testing is a bonus
  • Attendance at mandatory team or department meetings requiring in-person presence
  • Attendance at scheduled company town halls and culture-building events
