About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct on-site visits and provide remote support to assigned clients
- Lead the implementation of the hospital management system, monitoring each stage of the process
- Map clients’ workflows and guide them in adapting the system to their routines
- Train users on how to use the system
- Monitor client requests and work with internal teams to resolve them
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience providing support for and implementing hospital software
- Willingness to travel frequently and provide on-site client support
- Knowledge of system implementation processes and workflow mapping
- Ability to independently organize activities and manage client engagements
- Strong communication skills to guide clients and align expectations
- Organization, proactivity, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Preferred qualifications: experience in a hospital environment; knowledge of hospital routines and processes; experience with hospital management systems
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in a relevant technology field
