About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform complex operational and analytical activities across Procure-to-Pay processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements
Support process improvements, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and operational excellence
Deliver proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Support PTP processes, including accurate vendor creation, invoice-to-PO matching, and invoice routing
Create purchase orders, investigate process exceptions, and resolve procurement-related issues
Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into company processes and systems
Support PTP system changes, improvements, new company codes, testing, business projects, acquisitions, and integrations
Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes and technologies for non-content spend
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Shared Service Centers, and external vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field is preferred
Intermediate English skills required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
Understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process
Experience in PeopleSoft Financials and SAP is preferred
Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is desirable
