About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute hands-on to live event execution as AD, TD, graphics operator, S&P delay operator, and/or ingest operator
- Perform signal quality control and routing
- Work with Network and Digital clients professionally under pressure
- Document and distribute live event SOPs
- Participate in client creative and production meetings to gather requirements and provide operational input
- Collaborate on testing and implementation of new or revised live capabilities
- Support digital partners for live events and other endeavors
- Partner with Engineering, TOC, and IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Train live event operators as needed
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability and desire to work in support of a 24/7 environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years of live operations or master control experience
- Broadcast Playout Automation experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer knowledge
- Ability to handle high-pressure multitasking situations professionally
- Must report to work during inclement weather, emergencies, pandemics, or impeded workplace access when instructed, supporting business continuity
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
