About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead social strategy across the Americas portfolio for Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, Superman Experience, retail, new launches, seasonal activations and priority projects
- Define social objectives, audience strategies, content pillars, messaging and calls to action
- Develop differentiated platform and experience strategies with shared standards, playbooks and learning
- Connect social storytelling to ticket sales, attendance, premium experiences, retail traffic, new openings and repeat visitation
- Build annual, seasonal and launch-specific social plans
- Establish platform roles, audiences, editorial voice, content mix and publishing strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads and emerging platforms
- Own the integrated social editorial calendar and day-to-day publishing across multiple experiences
- Develop platform-native social content, especially short-form video, entertainment, utility, conversation and participation
- Build social-search and Pinterest strategies for travel planning, local activities and fan discovery
- Maintain channel governance, account access, publishing controls, content archives and escalation processes
- Build a high-volume pipeline of social-first content, including video, behind-the-scenes access, humor, interactive formats, user-generated content and trends
- Brief and partner with Creative, Brand, agencies, production partners and internal teams
- Develop creator and influencer strategies, including identification, briefing, approvals, usage rights, amplification and performance evaluation
- Support social shoots, filming and events on the ground regularly
- Cross-promote and collaborate across WBD-wide partners
- Lead community management, social listening, moderation and escalation practices
- Turn audience behavior into recommendations for content, campaigns, offers and guest experience
- Lead the day-to-day social agency relationship and manage briefs, deliverables, timelines, quality standards, performance expectations and budgets
- Coordinate execution with Creative, Growth Insights, Publicity, Brand, Franchise, Retail, Operations, Commercial and external partners
- Partner with media owners on paid-social creative and amplification recommendations
- Maintain approval and publishing workflows respecting Brand, Franchise, Legal, Publicity and talent requirements
- Define social KPIs and establish reporting, campaign tagging and links to website, ticketing and retail outcomes
- Create a test-and-learn program and translate performance into recommendations
- Monitor platform changes, emerging formats, social commerce, AI-enabled tools and audience behavior
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of solid experience in social media, social content strategy, audience development or integrated consumer marketing
- Direct ownership of multi-platform social programs
- Demonstrated success growing reach, engagement and audiences through platform-specific strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat or comparable channels
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form social video, creator and influencer programs, community management, social listening, social search, platform trends and content experimentation
- Experience developing social strategies supporting the full customer journey from awareness and engagement through consideration, qualified traffic and conversion
- Experience translating brand, franchise and commercial priorities into engaging social storytelling while navigating approvals in a complex organization
- Experience managing social and content agencies, including briefing, workflow, budgets, quality control, performance management and cross-functional approvals
- Strong working knowledge of social analytics, campaign tagging, platform measurement, attribution limitations and test-and-learn methods
- Excellent editorial judgment and copywriting skills
- Experience collaborating with Creative, Publicity, Brand, Franchise, Legal, Commercial, Retail, Operations and paid-media stakeholders
- Experience in entertainment, travel, attractions, hospitality, retail, ecommerce or other consumer-facing businesses preferred
- Ability to prioritize effectively and drive alignment across multiple brands, launches and stakeholders
