About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and manage daily advertising transmission schedules
  • Allocate advertising spots by time slot and manage commercial distribution across the daily schedule
  • Monitor and adjust commercial schedules for optimal advertising placement and efficient airtime utilization
  • Check program-level advertising volume and ensure daily maximum advertising limits are met
  • Manage advertising materials and monitor transmission and operational efficiency
  • Download and manage advertising materials through CODEX and convert files into MXF and MOV formats
  • Review advertising materials against required technical and operational standards
  • Conduct advertising material review and monitoring, identifying and resolving issues before transmission
  • Schedule and place regulated advertising categories in accordance with applicable requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of broadcasting operations and the TV broadcasting environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in broadcast channel scheduling or transmission operations is preferred
  • Experience with BIS is preferred
  • Strong English communication skills are preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a time-sensitive operational environment
