About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the Product Solutions team and business stakeholders across Warner Music Group
Rapidly build and deploy automation and data- and AI-driven solutions
Work directly with key stakeholders across labels and global functions
Translate stakeholder pain points into workflows that reduce tasks from weeks to minutes
Deliver full-stack solutions including data pipelining and interoperability
Develop backend systems in Python
Develop dashboards and Streamlit applications
Leverage Databricks and Snowflake AI tools such as Genie and Cortex
Establish system frameworks, operational playbooks, and technical guidelines
Contribute reusable implementations to internal marketplace assets
Align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of software engineering experience
Experience working with customers or business stakeholders
Experience with Python
Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL
Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
Ideally, experience with Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit
Full-stack engineering capability across backend, frontend, data pipelines, AI tools, Python, and React
Ability to use AI tools to design, build, and deploy production solutions
Familiarity with Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code
Experience establishing system frameworks such as the Agent Development Kit (ADK)
Experience authoring operational playbooks and technical guidelines
Background in modular architectures and reusable internal marketplace assets
Ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language
Ability to work across varied problems and domains
Passion for learning and feedback
