About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and perform daily tasks to ensure functioning of the administrative office
  • Assist in development and coordination of programs and projects
  • Run reports in Workday and track compliance
  • Advise students and faculty by answering general questions
  • Plan logistics and provide administrative support
  • Coordinate, manage, and update verbal, written, and electronic communications and websites
  • Initiate and review drafts of communications
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Travel to various on- and off-campus locations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
  • 2 years of administrative work experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
  • Successful completion of required pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and applicable additional checks
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred skills include Computer Applications, Computer Literacy, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Communication, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Office Procedures, Organizing, and Software Program
