About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support for multiple outpatient infusion centers
  • Oversee daily operations across three infusion locations
  • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, staff development, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction
  • Lead registered nurses and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams
  • Optimize workflows and support clinical operations, staffing, quality initiatives, and patient experience
  • Coordinate patient services and conduct rounds to ensure quality care delivery
  • Review, assist with, and promote policies and procedures complying with medical school, state, and federal regulations
  • Assist with department operational budget preparation and control
  • Monitor supplies and equipment ordering and repairs
  • Direct, assign, coordinate, and evaluate staff activities and performance
  • Orient new staff and advise administration of conditions
  • Coordinate staff continuing education, in-service activities, quality improvement activities, programs, and meetings
  • Provide direct patient care, including care plans, medication administration, vitals, phlebotomy, IV therapy monitoring, and recordkeeping
  • Promote positive relations with patients and families and liaise with other departments
  • Troubleshoot, counsel, interview, and support patient care research projects while maintaining records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.S.N. - Bachelor Of Science In Nursing
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support certification with a skills assessment component
  • Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri or Illinois
  • 3 years of clinical work experience
  • Supervisory management skills
  • Previous nursing leadership or management preferred
  • Infusion nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Critical care nursing experience highly preferred
  • Extensive IV therapy and vascular access experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive quality patient outcomes preferred
  • Registered Nurse licensure accepted from Missouri Division of Professional Registration or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
