About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee valet trash and recycling service delivery across an assigned district
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop Service Valets
- Conduct regular property inspections to verify service quality and compliance
- Provide on-call support to team members and communities as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers through site visits and prompt communication
- Identify and resolve service issues proactively
- Ensure daily delivery of valet reports to designated property staff
- Maintain accurate customer, associate, and operational records
- Support new community launches, including container distributions and onboarding coordination
- Drive to properties within the district and to the inventory warehouse as needed
- Uphold safety policies and report incidents thoroughly and promptly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading a team in a field operations, service, or facilities environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with frontline workers and property management clients
- Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field daily
- Experience in waste management, property management, facilities services, or a similarly distributed field operation
- Background in hourly workforce management, including recruiting, scheduling, and developing part-time staff
- Familiarity with CRM tools or operations management software
- Successful completion of background screening, motor vehicle record review, and drug testing, as relevant to the position
