About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales organization through reporting, data maintenance and business analysis
- Maintain and update information in the company’s CRM
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for sales teams, leadership and other stakeholders
- Analyze key business metrics and indicators to support performance monitoring and decision-making
- Review data quality and support regular audits to improve reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and wider team
- Contribute to initiatives improving visibility, accuracy and efficiency across the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student or recent graduate
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field mentioned as relevant background
- Solid foundation in Excel
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Exposure to Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, Python or AI tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset and motivation to learn and grow
