Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years building software products
  • Experience in very early-stage companies or new product line development within a larger organisation
  • Eagerness to work in fast, learn → build → test iterations of hours and days
  • Ability to move fast without breaking things and exercise strong technical judgement
  • Ability to determine when to leverage platform capabilities versus work independently
  • Ability to learn the climate domain from in-house experts and make product decisions quickly
  • Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week, except for remote roles
  • No educational credential specified
