Key responsibilities & impact

Explore current Advanced Analytics topics, including the modern data stack, unified data platforms, Advanced Analytics algorithms, and Data Mesh
Study the related technology tools and methodologies
Deliver a concrete use case and write a summary article for internal sharing and/or publication through Wavestone’s channels
Actively participate in client engagements as part of project teams
Analyze business challenges and contribute to defining relevant performance indicators
Contribute to the deployment of robust analytics solutions
Develop expertise in the BI and Analytics solutions and platforms available on the market
Contribute to the firm’s internal activities
Help drive and develop the Data, Analytics & AI offering
Write thought leadership content, including articles and presentations
Participate in recruitment, university relations, and training initiatives
Build technical demonstrators and test new Data & Analytics solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently studying at an engineering school (generalist or specializing in Information Systems/Data) or business school with a major in Data & Analytics
Hybrid profile, comfortable with technical topics and possessing strong business acumen
Interest in understanding business challenges and translating requirements into concrete data solutions
Curiosity, adaptability, and an impact-oriented mindset
Interest in consulting environments
Motivation to develop skills in data preparation, transformation, BI, Advanced Analytics, and data science
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
Experience with GCP BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake, depending on the engagement
Familiarity with dbt, LookML, and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus
Curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
Customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong service mindset
A passion for challenges and achieving results
Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation
