About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on SAP projects in the maintenance environment
- Support customers in further developing their processes
- Analyze technical requirements with customers
- Support the creation of concepts and implementation of SAP solutions
- Support development of SAP Business AI (SAP Joule), Agentic AI, and other future-oriented solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Participation in SAP implementation or optimization projects
- Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Customer Service (CS)
- Knowledge of integrating service and maintenance processes is a plus
- Experience taking responsibility for subtasks or smaller work packages in projects
- Interest in designing and optimizing business processes in the SAP maintenance environment
- Openness to innovative technologies and ideally initial experience with AI-supported solutions, or willingness to develop in this field
- Interest in complementary maintenance solutions such as SAP Business Network for Asset Collaboration or SAP Service and Asset Manager
- Successfully completed a university degree
- Very good German and English skills
