About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support international insurers in implementing transformation and digitalization programs, from analysis through implementation
- Analyze end-to-end insurance processes as well as IT and system landscapes
- Develop concrete, actionable improvement proposals
- Act as a bridge between business functions and IT, translating complex requirements into clear concepts
- Contribute ideas to automation and AI initiatives
- Take early ownership of individual work packages or subprojects
- Work closely with international teams and clients
- Assume greater responsibility and scope to shape initiatives as your experience grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial to several years of experience in insurance consulting or transformation projects within the insurance sector
- Basic understanding of key insurance processes such as claims, underwriting, or policy administration
- Enjoy analyzing processes and IT landscapes and developing solutions based on your findings
- Interest in digital transformation, automation, and AI in business processes
- Enjoy varied project assignments at client sites
- Very good German and good English skills
