About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge business needs and technical design to deliver SAP BW solutions
- Design, analyze, and develop SAP BI/HANA-based solutions
- Deliver clean, high-quality SAP BW implementations
- Plan and estimate work packages
- Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation
- Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems
- Leverage existing solutions and systems where appropriate
- Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members
- Ensure delivery of proposed solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in SAP BI technologies, including SAP BW, SAP HANA, and ABAP
- Experience with SAP BPC/BW-IP, SAP Datasphere, and CDS views is a big plus
- Strong project planning and time management skills
- Collaborative spirit and ability to coordinate and inspire teammates
- Strong customer orientation for internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong interest in AI-driven tools and ability to leverage them in daily work
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- German proficiency considered a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customers
