About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise international clients across industries on SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Own sub-project and project management activities
- Design and implement AI-enabled SAP Finance solutions for accounting, controlling, cash and treasury
- Ensure end-to-end integration across the value chain
- Work with SAP S/4HANA accounting and controlling technologies in cloud and on-premise environments
- Contribute to GenAI in Finance, S/4HANA Finance, and Financial Reporting focus areas
- Support consulting-service positioning and identify and pursue new business opportunities with coaching
- Manage the full project cycle from process assessment and roadmap development through S/4HANA rollout
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation
- Collaborate with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions
- Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of consulting experience in SAP Finance consulting
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing SAP FI and/or CO modules, including customizing
- Project experience with SAP S/4HANA in agile and traditional environments
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting and SAP Group Reporting is a plus
- Initial experience with SAP RISE and/or cloud solution integration is a plus
- Strong interest in AI-driven tools and ability to use them in daily work
- Passion for innovative and future-oriented finance technologies
- Creative, forward-thinking mindset
- Strong customer orientation and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Fluent business German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customers
