About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and configure ServiceNow modules for banks and insurers, including tables, relationships, and lifecycle attributes
- Translate business and logical enterprise data models into technical implementations within the ServiceNow platform
- Design and implement integrations and APIs with adjacent systems such as ADOIT, Archer, and OneTrust
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Develop tailored solutions
- Lead workshops and projects from concept through implementation
- Explore AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions
- Take responsibility for workstreams, projects, and client relationships, depending on experience
- Moderate architecture and design workshops at the Senior Consultant level
- Collaborate with the Financial Services Transformation Team to support international insurers, reinsurers, and banks across the DACH region
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, finance, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Architect
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Knowledge of established data governance management methodologies
- Experience defining critical data elements and implementing data quality and validation rules
- Understanding of service data modeling and requirements for data consistency, referential integrity, and identifier management across different systems
- Ability to communicate technical architecture decisions clearly and bring together stakeholders at management, business, and IT levels
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or ideally CTA
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work on national and international projects
