About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review tender notices and Terms of Reference (ToRs), identifying requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and required documentation
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals by coordinating information with internal teams and ensuring alignment with tender requirements
- Support the structuring of financial proposals by organizing scope, effort, cost, and pricing information
- Manage and review proposal documentation, ensuring compliance and adherence to submission deadlines
- Keep the department’s document repository up to date and organized, including certificates of experience, résumés, case studies, certificates, and corporate documents
- Track opportunities and proposal outcomes, contributing to the improvement of the department’s processes, controls, and templates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, partners, and diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of or experience in reviewing and interpreting tender notices and Terms of Reference (ToRs), with attention to requirements, documentation, and deadlines
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience or familiarity with consulting, sustainability, or related projects is desirable
- Candidates based in Belo Horizonte or the surrounding area must be available to work in a hybrid arrangement; candidates in other regions will work remotely
