About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyse financial and non-financial data on new and existing customers
  • Evaluate eCommerce business risks and determine responsible funding approaches
  • Join regular customer calls to understand business models, funding needs, and future plans
  • Collaborate with management to build and implement new processes and products
  • Support sales and operations by understanding customer relationship management
  • Learn the loan portfolio and portfolio management tools, including when to exit risky relationships
  • Partner with teams across Wayflyer to share insights and drive impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or Computer Science, completed or near completion
  • Comfort with financial reporting
  • An instinct for data
  • Excel or SQL is a plus
  • Momentum toward a professional finance or accounting qualification, if that is your path
  • Ability to work in Charlotte HQ with hybrid attendance, 3–4 days onsite initially
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is located, now and in the future
