Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive outcomes for large strategic technical programs across Product/Tech Integrations & Tooling domains and multiple organizations
  • Set short- and long-term goals and priorities and drive delivery on projects and OKRs
  • Improve integrations, tooling health, and access management through simplification, standardization, and automation
  • Build internal tools and dashboards to monitor program health and efficiency
  • Manage cross-project technical and operational dependencies
  • Manage organizational launch review processes for major product, pipeline, and policy updates
  • Drive technical decision-making by interpreting data and trade-offs
  • Serve as the key link between engineering development and operational integration
  • Identify solutions for complex operational challenges and risks
  • Mentor Technical Specialists and Program Managers
  • Foster a quality-first culture in a high-velocity environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs / tech-enabled operations and working across cross-functional partners
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Ability to translate operational constraints into technical requirements
  • Ability to quickly master new tools and technologies
  • Ability to implement new concepts to resolve technical and operational roadblocks
  • Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding (e.g., PLX/Looker)
  • Ability to navigate complex database schemas to inform decisions and drive automated reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a high ambiguity, dynamic environment
  • Experience with fast-paced emerging technologies preferred
  • AV / AI / Data Operations experience preferred
  • Experience establishing standardized governance, processes, and tools for PMO / Center of Excellence preferred
  • Experience supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle preferred
  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma process improvement methodologies preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-geography environment and leading distributed teams preferred
