About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Technology Department team at WBS TRAINING SE as a subject-matter instructor
- Prepare skilled professionals for professional recognition in Germany
- Provide the professional competencies they still need
- Deliver hands-on technical instruction in person in Dresden
- Deliver theoretical instruction online from a home office
- Prepare and develop practical learning materials based on the curriculum
- Teach electrical engineering fundamentals and application-oriented content
- Conduct competency assessments and learning objective reviews
- Provide individualized guidance and support throughout participants’ learning process
- Deliver 10 teaching units per day
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical installation
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical engineering topics and hands-on technical practice
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety
- Experience with Siemens LOGO! programming
- Expertise in testing protective measures in accordance with DIN VDE
- Basic proficiency with E-CAE software, ideally EPLAN P8
- Initial experience with PLC programming, particularly Siemens PLCs
- Initial pedagogical knowledge or experience in knowledge transfer
- Strong methodological and didactic skills, with a passion for teaching
- Structured and self-reliant working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Professional experience required
