About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Technology department team at WBS TRAINING SE as a subject-matter instructor
- Prepare and design practical learning materials based on the curriculum
- Teach fundamental electrical engineering principles and application-oriented content
- Conduct competency assessments and learning objective reviews
- Provide individualized guidance and support to participants throughout the learning process
- Deliver practical, hands-on instruction in person in Dresden
- Deliver theoretical instruction online from a home office
- Prepare skilled professionals for professional recognition in Germany
- Develop the professional competencies required to address German institutional, legal, and occupation-specific requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical installation
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering topics and hands-on technical practice
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety
- Experience programming Siemens LOGO!
- Expertise in testing protective measures in accordance with DIN VDE
- Basic proficiency with E-CAE software, ideally EPLAN P8
- Initial experience with PLC programming, particularly Siemens PLCs
- Initial pedagogical knowledge or experience in knowledge transfer
- Strong methodological and didactic skills, with enthusiasm for teaching
- Structured and self-directed approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
