About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific online instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Plan, design, and deliver engaging lessons using a range of teaching and learning methods
- Create, maintain, and continuously enhance instructional and training materials
- Prepare and conduct learning assessments
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives
- Support course participants on their path to successful learning outcomes
- Help participants strategically develop their professional competencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree specializing in human resources management, personnel administration, or employment law, or comparable further training
- Several years of practical experience in human resources management, particularly employment law
- Teaching qualification, such as AEVO certification, is an advantage
- Enjoyment of delivering knowledge in a practical way and presenting complex topics clearly
- Structured, independent, and reliable approach to work
- Excellent German language skills at C2 level
