About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
  • Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
  • Prepare and develop curriculum-based instructional learning materials
  • Conduct competency assessments
  • Select, configure, and use modern AI tools
  • Create, optimize, and evaluate AI-generated media content
  • Teach the fundamentals and current trends of AI in media design
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Develop innovative teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
  • Monitor, evaluate, and independently develop expertise in current AI trends and tools
  • Support participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing
  • Extensive experience with AI tools for content creation
  • Demonstrated experience in adult education
  • At least 600 hours of training experience
  • Demonstrated pedagogical qualification, e.g., an instructor qualification under AEVO
  • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels
  • Independent, structured approach to work combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • At least two areas of specialization in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce
  • Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2)
  • Knowledge of modern AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, and social media advertising
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and branding
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
  • Knowledge of legal principles in online marketing
  • Knowledge of content creation, video, Reels, storytelling, and community management
  • Experience with Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, media law, and branding
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategies, and marketplace positioning
  • Experience building and optimizing online shops
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms and the fundamentals of web development (HTML5)
