About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from home via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and develop lesson-related learning materials in line with the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Select, set up, and use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n
- Create, optimize, and evaluate AI-generated media content
- Teach the fundamentals and latest trends in AI for media design
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Develop innovative learning concepts for Digital Marketing, Social Media, and E-Commerce
- Monitor, assess, and independently develop expertise in current AI trends and tools
- Support participants in expanding their professional skills and transitioning into the labor market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing
- Extensive experience with AI tools for content creation
- Demonstrated experience in adult education
- At least 600 hours of training experience
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., an instructor qualification under the German AEVO standard
- Strong methodological and didactic skills for conveying educational content
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels
- Independent, structured approach to work combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Digital Marketing, Social Media, or E-Commerce
- Knowledge of SEO, SEA, Social Media Advertising, Customer Journey Mapping, Branding, HTML5, CSS3, and online marketing law
- Knowledge of Content Creation, Video, Reels, Storytelling, Community Management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Influencer Marketing, Media Law, and Branding
- Knowledge of data-driven marketing, E-Commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, online shop development and optimization, CMS platforms, web development, and SEO/SEA in E-Commerce
