About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a variety of teaching methods
- Prepare and develop learning materials related to the course in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support course participants in developing their competencies
- Support learners as a subject-matter contributor and learning facilitator
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant commercial training with professional experience in payroll and salary accounting
- Alternatively, for example: training as a tax clerk or HR administrator
- Teaching experience in one or more of the following subject areas: payroll and salary accounting with DATEV; payroll and salary accounting with Lexware; fundamentals of payroll and salary calculation; advanced payroll and salary calculation
- Evidence of pedagogical qualification (AEVO)
- Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
