Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop scalable low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
Create intelligent Copilot bots and AI use cases
Connect knowledge bases and automate knowledge work
Build robust cloud and desktop flows
Integrate REST APIs and connect Microsoft 365 and third-party systems
Design the environment strategy for Dev/Test/Prod
Comply with DLP policies and optimize release pipelines
Share knowledge, establish best practices, and drive the Citizen Developer community forward
Work in an agile team to promote low-code solutions and a digital, efficient workplace

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of practical experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio)
Passion for new technologies
Hands-on mentality and an independent working style, with a focus on quality and scalability
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance and REST APIs
Initial experience with Azure Functions, Entra ID, or custom connectors is a plus
Fluent German
Experience with Power BI or Power Pages is desirable
Knowledge of PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python is desirable
Microsoft certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400, or AZ-900, are desirable
DevOps and CI/CD expertise, such as Azure DevOps, is desirable
