About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Google Ads accounts end-to-end across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen
  • Build and scale campaigns for the full course portfolio, including new course launches
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies against CPL and cost-per-enrollment targets
  • Ensure conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution are correctly configured
  • Collaborate with external agency partners and Google representatives
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across prospecting and retargeting
  • Brief, test, and iterate ad creatives with design and content teams
  • Identify, test, and evaluate emerging paid channels including ChatGPT ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and Reddit
  • Run a structured testing roadmap across channels, audiences, landing pages, and creatives
  • Track, analyze, and report on paid performance from impression to enrollment
  • Use HubSpot to connect ad spend with lead quality and enrollment outcomes
  • Build AI-powered workflows and automations for reporting, audits, creative iteration, and campaign management
  • Coordinate with SEO, content, CRO, program, and Admissions teams
  • Translate performance data into recommendations for management and share learnings with the wider team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with Google Ads as the primary channel
  • Proven track record managing significant budgets and scaling campaigns profitably, ideally in lead generation, education, or B2C services
  • Experience with Meta Ads
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM, and using CRM data to optimize campaigns
  • Strong grasp of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows or automations, for example with Make, Zapier, n8n, or AI assistants
  • Native-level German required
  • C1 level English, written and spoken, required
  • Analytical, experimental, ownership-driven, mission-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work remotely within Germany, Spain, or Austria
  • Willingness to meet the team in person at least twice per year in Berlin
