About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and develop instructional materials in line with the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support participants’ skills development and integration into the job market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
- Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
- Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Linux is an advantage
- Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into teaching
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. an instructor qualification in accordance with AEVO
- Strong methodological and instructional skills for conveying learning content
- Independent, structured approach to work combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level
