About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Prepare and follow up on instructional content
- Provide active, individualized support to participants throughout their learning process
- Develop and apply a range of teaching methods
- Prepare and conduct learning assessments
- Facilitate learning in accordance with the IHK framework curriculum
- Contribute to quality assurance measures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as a real estate agent or property professional
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
- Strong expertise in at least three of the specified real estate disciplines
- Evidence of pedagogical qualification (trainer aptitude certification in accordance with AEVO)
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, vocational instructor, or teacher
- Experience using the DOMUS 1000 property management software is desirable
- Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
