About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent Covetrus products as the exclusive partner in the areas of consumables and veterinary practice supplies
  • Make regular visits to veterinary practices and build long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
  • Acquire new veterinary practices for Covetrus products
  • Record, maintain, and transmit customer data in the CRM system
  • Monitor market and competitor developments and contribute your own ideas
  • Work toward defined targets to achieve sales goals
  • Attend conferences, trade fairs, and congresses
  • Work in the field, with most working hours spent directly on-site at veterinary practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Veterinarian, veterinary nurse/technician, or sales professional with industry experience and a strong focus on sales (m/f/d)
  • Practical experience in animal health is desirable
  • Sales-oriented professional with a passion for consulting and selling
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident manner
  • High willingness to travel, flexibility, and resilience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and openness to digital tools
  • Independent and service-oriented approach to work
  • Professional experience required
