About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and centralize daily and weekly staffing requests for the Creative team
Proactively identify scheduling and resource conflicts and provide appropriate solutions
Structure creative assignments on a project-by-project basis and track progress and deliverable completion
Source freelance talent, negotiate engagement terms, and manage onboarding based on project needs
Support the Consulting team with creative project costing
Facilitate the agency’s day-to-day operations
Forecast resource needs for the Creative department based on workload planning
Serve as the key liaison between Consulting teams and Creative Direction
Monitor utilization rates and creative project budget consumption
Drive operational efficiency and process optimization
Support the implementation and adoption of Screendragon for resource, project, and budget management
Oversee and qualify inter-agency support requests for the Group’s Creative department, including feasibility analysis, arbitration, collaboration scoping, and financial tracking
Prepare, co-host, and follow up on biweekly EMEA staffing meetings
