About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build agents and workflows that integrate with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, or time-tracking systems
Develop interfaces to enterprise systems in Python, primarily using FastAPI
Work with customers’ IT, security, and data protection teams to clarify access, permissions, and approvals
Evaluate the solution’s effectiveness with business departments during the pilot phase and subsequently scale it
Develop reusable components from project work
Plan the ongoing operation of customer solutions together with AI Engineers and Consultants
Work closely with customers and business departments to identify suitable use cases for agents and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience integrating software into existing enterprise environments, for example via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, or ERP interfaces
Built production applications using LLM APIs, tool use, and agent frameworks
Strong command of Python
Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 is a plus
Knowledge of permissions, identity, and data protection
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business departments and IT leadership and advocate for recommendations
Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout Germany
Completed degree or vocational training in computer science, business informatics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Excellent German language skills
