About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI systems from architecture through deployment, with a focus on LLM applications, RAG, and agentic workflows
Develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python, primarily using FastAPI
Bring cloud AI services into production, preferably on Microsoft Azure; depending on the project, AWS or GCP may also be used
Ensure quality through testing, evaluation, and monitoring
Work directly with customers
Translate business requirements into technical architectures
Take technical ownership and make technology decisions within the project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience developing with Python
Hands-on experience working with machine learning models and Large Language Models in real-world projects
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS or GCP are also welcome
Completed degree or vocational training in computer science, mathematics, data science, or a related field
Independent working style and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
Very good German language skills
Willingness to communicate directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical architectures
