About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead ongoing customer discovery calls, interviews, and co-design sessions with enterprise wealth management clients, advisors, and legal staff
  • Establish and run beta testing programs and customer advisory loops for major feature releases
  • Engage key accounts to evaluate workflow efficiency, adoption, and user delight
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering in key client meetings
  • Present product roadmaps and lead live capability demos
  • Act as the product voice of Wealth.com to external stakeholders
  • Drive multi-quarter product strategy and execution across the assigned domain
  • Prioritize solutions balancing technical feasibility, business needs, and platform scalability
  • Collaborate with engineering, product design, and legal domain experts
  • Translate customer feedback into functional requirements, system architectures, and user experiences
  • Analyze market shifts, regulatory trends, and user adoption data
  • Champion the product internally and externally, aligning executive leadership, sales, marketing, and enterprise partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of product management experience (or equivalent founder/technical leadership experience)
  • Proven track record of scaling core SaaS platform products from zero-to-one and beyond in high-growth environments
  • Experience leading user discovery sessions, enterprise client conversations, customer advisory boards, and co-development cycles with external partners
  • Strong experience defining end-to-end product requirements and managing complex system integrations
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to build resilient, scalable enterprise software
  • Ability to translate complex platform infrastructure and domain logic into clear, ROI-focused language for non-technical advisory clients
  • Ability to translate customer requests into structured technical specifications
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-evolving environments with high autonomy and ownership
  • Ability to combine qualitative customer feedback with quantitative usage metrics, funnel analytics, and business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required
