About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain the product strategy for POS terminals, mobile payment solutions, and payment services in the EV charging sector
  • Derive a product roadmap based on market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
  • Conduct financial analyses, develop business cases, and create pricing models
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for product development processes, from discovery and conceptualization through to rollout
  • Prioritize and refine the product backlog
  • Build and maintain partnerships with terminal manufacturers, point-of-sale system providers, PSPs, acquirers, EV charging backend providers, wallet providers, and mobility service providers
  • Help shape the future of cashless payments at WEAT

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in product management
  • Technical understanding of APIs, devices, and backend systems
  • Strong ownership mentality and structured approach
  • Excellent communication skills when working with internal stakeholders, manufacturers, acquirers, and partners
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Experience working with regulatory requirements is a plus
