Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and solution strategist for strategic and growth industrial accounts across Manufacturing, Energy, and Supply Chain sectors
  • Build relationships with technical and operational decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering/IT, Chief Architects, and Operations Leads
  • Represent webAI’s technical vision in executive discussions
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to define technical account plans and enterprise AI strategies
  • Develop multi-year technical roadmaps for manufacturing, energy, warehousing, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and supply chain optimization
  • Adapt webAI solution blueprints to customer-specific operational requirements and compliance standards
  • Provide forward-looking guidance on AI, computer vision, edge deployment, and connected production and supply systems
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends, operational innovations, competitive AI offerings, and industrial standards
  • Orchestrate AI solution architects, data engineers, product teams, and delivery partners
  • Provide feasibility assessments for AI deployment, edge hardware integration, retrofit strategies, and industrial facility enhancements
  • Bridge Sales, Presales, Product Development, Delivery, and delivery partners
  • Lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Translate complex AI and data-driven concepts into outcome-oriented proposals for engineering, IT, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Specify webAI’s platform and models into manufacturing, energy management, and supply chain automation pipelines
  • Identify early engagement opportunities in expansion programs, energy modernization, greenfield and brownfield facilities, and global supply chain optimizations
  • Enable sustained customer value through scalable AI integration, lifecycle support, and continuous optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in account management, solution engineering, technical account management, or technical sales within manufacturing, energy, supply chain, or industrial enterprise software
  • Solid understanding of industrial and supply chain systems, including PLCs, edge computing, network architectures, sensor networks, SCADA, MES, and WMS/TMS systems
  • Proven ability to translate complex operational needs into technical AI solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically, with occasional international travel
  • Preferred: 10+ years in technical account management or solution architecture within manufacturing, energy, or supply chain management
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with industrial AI/ML deployment, computer vision implementations, edge AI runtime environments, and large-scale AI deployment projects
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Engineering, or Business
  • Relevant industry certifications such as PMP or AI/Cloud certifications are a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment requires completion of Form I-9
